The Alpha Series vacuum pump protection filter range covers the most popular size of vacuum pumps and is suitable for both rough vacuum and high vacuum applications.
High efficiency elements prevent liquid contamination, damage to rotating parts, pump or process application. The elements are constructed using oleophobic borosilicate media to deliver exceptional filtration and a custom engineered anti re-entrainment layer to guarantee exceptional dirt holding and drainage capabilities.
Our unique self centralising, drop-fit elements boast an advanced element end cap design which improves stability, prevents vibration and assists with drainage by engaging within the bowl. They are also colour coded for easy grade identification.

Vacuum Pump Exhaust Filters
The Alpha Series range of vacuum pump exhaust filters is designed for oil mist removal from oil lubricated vacuum pumps. High performance coalescing filters remove oil mist from those vacuum pumps without internal oil separators. The duplex 2 stage filter also removes oil mist and odour.
Optimised modular housing design ensures high performance and ease of installation. The whole range is manufactured in cast aluminium alloy with Walker E-Coat™ protection for a robust and corrosion resistant product. Unique drop-fit element end cap design prevents vibration, improves stability and drainage. Our custom material construction minimises pressure drop delivering reliable filtration with improved energy efficiency ensuring low operating costs.
We also offer Odasorb filters which are installed directly onto the pump designed to remove oily odours from rotary vane vacuums with internal oil separation. Please see odasorb product page for further information.
For rotary vane type vacuum pumps with internal oil separation, oily odours are often a problem especially in confined areas. The Odasorb model OS filter is designed for this application.
